Moving through the building to the right, on the left are individual male and female/disabled cloakrooms in a hallway, which then continues on to the main dining area, with feature fireplace, equipped with central heating. There are also double external doors leading back out onto the front terrace from here.
At the far end of the dining area, a swing door opens into the fully industrial kitchen, equipped with stainless steel professional kitchen equipment and fridges, as well as a dishwashing station, and hand washing sink. An external door from here leads outside onto a private terrace, underneath which is a large water deposit, reserved for potable drinking water, in order to supply the bar with drinking water as per legislation.

At the top of the disabled access ramp, there is a double metal gate, leading through to the private area of the property. On the other side of this gate is the previously mentioned private terrace, which continues towards the rear of the property and the main access to the residential property.
Immediately to the left is a pedestrian access door into what was a garage, but is now used as a storage room. This room could easily be transformed into an additional bedroom with en-suite if required. An interior door from this room leads through to the main house.
Continuing along towards the rear of the property via the terrace, steps up to the left lead to a covered porch, and main entrance into the house. Back in the lounge, the hallway leads firstly on the right to the family bathroom, and subesequently the second bedroom, currently used as an office. To the left, is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. At the end of the hall, and down a couple of small steps, to the right is the third bedroom (which also houses the central heating boiler) with double patio doors leading out on to the pool terrace area. To the left is the access to the garage room.
At the rear of the property there is also a gas tank to feed the gas installations within the property

The property is connected to three phase electric and mains water, as well as having the water deposit tank for potable water. The sewerage is to a septic tank. The entire property is installed with gas fired central heating, and the restaurant benefits also from a solar hot water system, which is installed on the roof. The public areas of the bar restaurant have full disabled access to all areas.
